Jewelry Care

>>> Sterling Silver:

Sterling silver will last you a life time. Yes it does tarnish but that is completely normal. To keep your pieces looking shiny please take good care of it. Wearing them will actually keep them from tarnishing too quickly, when you´re not wearing them keep them in a jewelry box or one of the boxes they arrive in. They can get in contact with water, however some crystals i use are not water safe, like opal. When washing your hands with soap take them off and try not to get them in contact with soap, cleaning products, perfume or any other harsh chemicals, never leave them on in a hot tub, natural bodies of water (especially salt water) or sauna. When your piece does tarnish tho, that is usually not a big deal. I include a polishing cloth with every order, just give it a quick polish and its as good as new. in case of heavy tarnishing through chemicals you can also take them to a jewelry store and haven them clean it for you.

>>> Macrame:

Macrame pieces are usually watersafe, it again depends on the crystal tho, if you are unsure ask me or the internet. When putting on your pieces do not pull on the design or the stone setting to keep it looking neat. Adjust as needed and only pull on the strings. Silver and brass beads might be used, if those tarnish you can give them a quick polish with a polishing cloth or microfiber towel. Do not get them in contact with bleach or cleaning products as that may affect the color of the string. Store them in a dustfree box or compartment to keep them from collecting dust and animal hair when not wearing.

>>> Beaded:

beaded Jewelry is watersafe as long as the crystals used are. Keep them on a stand, box, wherever you have space.
